This position will be responsible for leading a team responsible for all strategic and operational aspects of logistics, quality and field service programs for wireless devices and accessories. This person will drive the design, implementation and management of logistics programs, including forward logistics (Fulfillment to all channels) and reverse logistics (Repair, Loaner, OTM and OTC programs).
