SUMMARY: The purpose of this position is to serve as the Citys single point of contact on all operations and engineering issues within the specific city. The individual directs all of the operations and engineering staff within the specific city and serves as the right hand to the City General Manager, in support of all City operational and/or engineering issues. It is accountable for the City Capital budget and meeting or exceeding all operational parameters as specified by Senior Management.
