LEAD PROGRAM FACILITATORCity of Rialto - Rialto, CAPart-Time, No Benefits, At-Will Position Education: Equivalent to completion of the twelfth grade; and one of the following: a) Have completed and passed 2 years of full-time attendance in college/university credits (48 semester units), b) Associates Degree, or c) certified to meet the NCLB requirements. (Rialto Unified School District employees that are highly qualified through completion of the PTAP course are eligible for this position.) Experience: Two years of paid or volunteer experience working with children of various age levels and one year of lead or supervisory experience. License Requirement: Possession of a valid California Drivers License. Possession of or ability obtain within three months First Aide and CPR Certification.
