As a NRMSIR, we are responsible for collecting and distributing documents pertaining to all Municipal Securities that are subject to secondary market disclosure ruling, 15C 212. All inquiries or requests for documents must be completed as requested. This pertains to requests made internally by Municipal Reference Data associates and the Evaluated Services Group or externally by customers. Essential Functions: 40% Retrieve and update Disclosure documents. This includes material events and financial documents. 30% Respond to requests for documents in the format required (fax, e-mail, mail or pick up). 20% Index hard copy documents received through the mail. 10% Ad hoc project when needed.
