Food Service Management InstructorCollege of Lake County - Grayslake, ILThe Food Service Management program offers an Associate of Applied Science degree and three certificate programs. We are seeking a chef instructor to teach food production courses. Other responsibilities include curriculum development, student recruitment and student advisement. Successful applicants will be expected to teach both day and evening classes and assist with program-related special events.Qualifications Required:Associate?s degree in Culinary Arts and five years experience as a working chef supervising a minimum of three people.
