Product Based Customer Support Rep needed! At least one year of online sales/customer service experience in a product-based customer support function and/or an e-mail or call center environment. Should have experience of listing products on ebay or other sites Should be fluent in English ,good verbal and written communication skills Should be able to answer on an average 150 customer emails per day when required Be able to track/update customer with sales and product information Should be articulate Ability to multitask Understands and works towards set goal Willing to be trained on products and learn new tasks...
