Emergency Management Program AnalystL-3 Communications Holdings - Chantilly, VAPRIMARY FUNCTION(S) Support the L-3 Emergency Management Department to conduct assessments, analysis, and design of emergency operation plans (EOPs) and procedures, Continuity of Operations Plans (COOP), Continuity of Government Plans (COG), standard operating procedures (SOPs), developing HSEEP and National Incident Management System (NIMS)/Incident Command System (ICS) training courses, and other tasks as assigned by the L-3 EMD Program Manager.
