Mechanical Design EngineerHuman Capital Resources - Shelton, CTExperience/Education Required: Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent degree preferred. Design engineering experience of 4 years minimum, ideally within a consumer products environment. Familiarity with technical tools such as DOE, FMEA, Reliability Engineering, DFA, DFM, and Kaizen a plus. Familiarity with various manufacturing processes and mold types (e.g., injection molding, blow molding, assembly methods, decoration methods, etc). Must be able to communicate product designs utilizing Pro-Engineer, sketches and verbal direction. Pro-Engineer administrative experience a plus.
