SECRET SHOPPER VOLUNTEER
This volunteering opportunity allows you to take part in a city-wide program where you will rate various retailers and restaurants on their customer service skills. Community & Economic Development staff members will train you on what to look for and how to rate each business. There is no compensation or coupon of any kind offered for this service; it is completely voluntary.
