Basic Purpose Under the general supervision of the Home Health and Hospice Administrator and direct supervision of the Home Health Clinical Nurse Supervisor in coordination with the RN Case Manager, provides direct patient care. Minimum Qualifications Has reliable transportation during working hours. Current driver license with proof of liability insurance. A graduate of professional school of nursing required. Current Arizona Registered Nurse license required. One year experience in an acute care, home health or community health setting preferred. Maintains current CPR Certification from the American Heart Association (Healthcare Provider) required. Ability to assess patient status and perform interventions in the home setting required.
