Bell CaptainCanyons - Park City, UTPURPOSE/OBJECTIVE Assist guests in checking in and out of Hotel and generally maintain appearance of Hotel lobby and entryway. Oversee Bell Staff, Shuttle Services and Ski Check at five properties. Ensure that company policies, procedures and philosophy are adhered to. DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES Provide superior service to our customers (internal and external) at all times. Follow The Resort's etiquette guidelines. Oversee Bell Staff schedule weekly work assignments, assist in hiring and firing process, develop work procedures and inspection checklists. Monitor inventory of supplies in bell closet. Order as needed. Assist guests checking in or out with baggage, answering questions, making deliveries, etc. Guides must be well versed in check in script to guide guests to room. Guides must...
