Head Chef at Kulik Lodge
The primary activity at Kulik lodge is sportfishing. Kulik accomodates 28 guests at a time and requires excellent customer service in every position to ensure that our guests expectations are not only met, but exceeded. The Approximate Season Dates for Kulik Lodge: late May - early October, 2010. The head chef is responsible for overseeing the entire kitchen operation including ordering, inventory quality control, special diet requests and adherence to U.S. Public Health Service Standards.
