The Area Director will be responsible for achieving expected sales goals across the retail, service and commercial lines of business and providing superior customer service through in-store execution of programs, initiatives and standards. The Area Director is expected to recruit, hire, develop and provide inspirational leadership and direction to a team of approximately 10 stores consisting of 200-300 associates.
