Senior Estimator

Under supervision, the Sr. Estimator is responsible for the development and management of small tenders and assisting the Tender Manager on large tenders for the offshore Oil & Gas Industry in accordance with the EMAS AMC procedures from initiation to hand-over. This includes both the domestic and international markets. Essential Functions: Perform an initial review of the Invitation to Tender (ITT) documents to establish the scope of work. Clarify any item(s) that are unclear. Maintain accurate records and files (manual & electronic) of all the tender data (i.e. correspondence, quotations, internal input, etc.).
