Location: Houston Salary: 90 - 110k plus potential profit share Description This position is instrumental in all elements of process safety at large refinery. Responsibilities include: * Develop and lead facility effort for all facility siting initiatives, including the Quantitive Risk Assessment. * Develop and lead the facility's Action Level risk process, including action level risk review and confirmation. * Lead the site effort and response to OSHA's National Emphasis Program for PSM. * Supports refinery PHA process through: Developing refinery risk profile, IPL verification, operator certification/recertification input, hazard recognition and PHA communication, facility siting support as required. * Supports refinery MOC/PSSR process through risk assessment methodology and input to...
