Compensation ConsultantMicrosoft - Redmond, WABe part of the team that is responsible for developing and administering compensation programs that support Microsofts strategic goals, and help develop compensation programs that keep Microsoft competitive! This position will be responsible for providing HR compensation consulting services to a Microsoft Business Group (BG) globally. Successful candidate will proactively partner with HR and line management to identify and address compensation issues, and evangelize Microsofts Reward and Recognition Strategy to the BG.
