Our client is looking for a Manager of Packaging R&D to join a dynamic team dedicated to creating exciting new packaging concepts and establishing process, protocol, and procedures in their growing packaging group. This position is responsible for designing, developing and specifying primary and secondary packaging materials for new/existing products to meet customer objectives and launch timing. This person will: ? Determine testing protocol and requirements to ensure quality performance of packaging materials. Conducts testing and provides reports on shipping, stability, environmental and production line testing to management.
