    The Employee Relations function advises the Authorityrsquos executive management team, supervisors, and employees (headquarters and all facilities) on issues that affect performance, the work environment, FMLA case management, and employee relations. This function is responsible for conducting intake, fact-finding, and investigation of such concerns using coaching, mentoring, and performance management skills, exercising judgment and discretion in resolving workplace issues and maintaining positive working relationships. The function is also responsible for all phases of harassment and discrimination cases. Collaborates with and serves as a resource to the facilities to handle employee relations issues. Additionally, provides support for the HR elements of NERC CIP compliance.
