Employees in this classification may receive a performance pay award based on a percentage of salary up to 14%, dependent upon the successful completion of a predefined performance plan. New employees hired prior to July 1, 2007 are eligible for a prorated award for the 2007 calendar year. Employees hired on or after July 1 may participate during the 2008 calendar year.
