The Director of Health Plans Business Development works directly with the Senior Vice President, Public Sector Business Development and the Chief Growth Officer, as well as other senior management in Finance, Underwriting, and Executive Management to develop and execute the marketing & sales strategies necessary to grow profitable and sustainable membership for the Behavioral Health Strategic Business Units. Primary duties include surveillance of public sector entities and health plans serving public sector members markets. The Director may serve as the Sales lead for the proposal process and coordinates with other internal departments to develop winning proposals.
