NYM SALT DirectorPricewaterhouseCoopers - New York, NYThe successful candidate will be exposed to and deal with a variety of state and local tax issues ranging from multi-state income tax planning, restructuring, due diligence, audit defense and audit management for companies with a presence in multiple taxing jurisdictions. The candidate will work among various specialties in SALT including Income Franchise, FS and M&A practice. He/she will be responsible for developing, leading and managing state tax engagements including day-to-day consulting; development of ideas, strategies and opportunities and implementation of these ideas. Additionally, the successful candidate will be involved in marketing/sales efforts.
