Job Description The position will provide objective and comprehensive analytical support by forecasting, consolidating, coordinating variance analysis, and performing special project work to support the objectives and initiatives of the company. The position reports to the accounting manager. Responsibilities include: Perform month end closing task to include: reviewing and/or preparing and entering journal entries, reviewing variances and analyzing root cause, requesting data from other individuals for use in posting of entries, etc. Prepare budget variance reports for management review on a monthly basis Prepare and send to all levels of management daily/weekly/monthly reports and be able to respond to questions requiring explanations for respective sites.
