CNC Machine OperatorUltra Clean Technology - San Francisco, CAJob Title: CNC Machine Operator Profession: Logistics/Operations/Manufacturing -> Machinist/Setter/Tender Major Objectives of this Position:Without supervision during the work period machines parts made from aluminum, stainless steel and other exotic materials. Parts are highly complex and can include many angled, surfaces, pockets, steps tapers and related features on different planes. Parts will usually require more than one operation and loading schemes will be very complex. Must be able to read prints, perform complex dimensional calculations and understand and be able to read geometric dimensioning and tolerances. Can determine tool wear and perform tool changes as well as calculate tool offsets. Typically has to maintain dimensional tolerances less than +/- .001. Must be able to use...
