Postdoctoral Researcher A postdoctoral researcher position is available immediately to investigate the hormonal regulation of DNA repair mechanisms leading to androgen receptor (AR) mutation in prostate cancer. The study involves cell molecular biology methodologies to examine the biological consequence of such mutations in AR in prostate cancer cells behaviors. Ph.D. in molecular biology or biochemistry is required. Candidates must possess an extensive laboratory experience and solid background in molecular biology techniques including but not limited to nucleic acid hybridization, protein and gene expression analysis, gene-silencing, Real-time PCR, cloning, and site-directed mutagenesis.
