The role of the Compliance Analyst is to provide compliance support to the Alternative Investment and Manager Selection businesses (AIMS) of an investment bank. The position will focus primarily on tasks associated with Project TLC (transparency, liquidity and control), in the hedge fund of funds program, Hedge Fund Strategies (HFS). The analysts will conduct daily surveillances for externally managed funds, and will work closely with the Compliance Officer for HFS and other Compliance Officers in AIMS to administer a manager certification and due diligence program, vet and code proposed client guidelines, and develop automated surveillance tools.
