Trade Show Samples AssistantMattel - New York, NYResponsibilities: Primary Duties: ' Order samples for shows. ' Ensure that samples are properly packed and shipped. ' Maintain inventory of all samples and show assets ' ensure that they are organized and tracked at all times. ' Work closely with the Design, Marketing and Sales departments to ensure that the proper number of toy samples are ordered; and upon receipt, checked for quality. ' Assist with sales meetings, customer preview/shows, in-house meetings and toy fairs with respect to setting up product. ' Assist with developing and/or securing presentation materials needed to enhance product displays.
