Food Service Rep 4 - CookHoly Cross Hospital - Silver Spring, MD- 1-2 years experience is required General Summary: Obtains production report prior to and during shift. Gathers all recipes that are pertinent to the days menus. Assembles all the require items necessary to produce each specific assigned item. Records usage of all products and items not used during shift by filling out the production sheet. Maintains a constant acceptable state of sanitation and health code standard. . Minimum Requirements: Pursuing or completion of high school diploma or equivalent. Graduate of a school specializing in hotel or institutional cooking preferred. Two years experience in a hospital or restaurant environment. Knowledge of commercial cooking equipment, stove, ovens , grills, broiler, steamers, and steam jacket kettles as well as slicers.
