PUBLIC SAFETY DISPATCH SUPERVISORCity of Inglewood High School - Inglewood, CATHE POSITION: Under the direction of the Communications Manager participates in and supervises those involved in technical and operational functions of the Emergency Communications Center. Supervise Dispatchers; ensure dispatchers responds in a timely and efficient manner to the public, emergency and non-emergency personnel and user agencies; anticipate staffing needs, maintain adequate staffing levels and update personnel plans; complete performance evaluations, develop and conduct training assessments; and recommend, implement and document disciplinary actions.
