Train, supervise and staff the MHC Supervisors and Mental Health Specialists. Major Responsibilities and Duties: Work with Inpatient RN Supervisor, Physicians, Mental Health Specialists and others to organize a cohesive AIU clinical direction that compliments the efforts of the outpatient providers. Hire, train, coach, develop, evaluate and discipline (if necessary) supervisees. Provide regular individual supervision. Document significant interactions.
