  Job Title Maintenance Supervisor External Job Description Supervises the daily plant maintenance activities for the McPherson facility. Coordinates all routine/preventative/emergency repairs and facilitates continuous improvement. Coordinates activities with the production and engineering departments. Coordinates an manages contractors working within the facility. Prioritizes workload and projects for the general maintenance department. Leads the efforts of the plant housekeeping staff. Trains staff in SOP's and GMP's related to maintenance of a pharmaceutical facility. Skills/Experience Education/Certification Associates degree is required. B. S. in Engineering is preferred. Supervisory experience is required and experience running a maintenance shop is preferred. Requires excellent prioritization,...
