Manage all aspects of the front desk; answer telephone calls, and direct calls to appropriate staff and offices. Assist in managing calendar for use of UPO's facilities. Prepare payment vouchers and assist with the incoming and outgoing mail. Monitor the security cameras posted at various locations inside and outside of the facility. Secure the premises by checking doors, lights and ground area on a daily basis. Investigate and write required reports. Prepare reports of daily rounds. Minimum Qualification: High school diploma or GED and a minimum of one year experience as a Receptionist; combination of customer service and security experience preferred.
