Our company is currently seeking a Coordinator for our Retail Sales division. This position requires the candidate to possess excellent reasoning and problem solving skills. As the primary interface to several of our major retail customers, the ability to provide excellent customer service is a necessity. This fast-paced, dynamic role will require the candidate to "wear several hats." Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Daily entry and processing of EDI orders. Respond to requests regarding product availability, delivery status, pricing and all other customer service inquires. Review of pending EDI orders for inventory levels and ship dates and oversight of the EDI shipping processes. Investigate, troubleshoot, escalate and facilitate resolution of day-to-day issues.
