  Credit & Collection Service Specialist ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following, other duties may be assigned: * Ability to multi- task incoming phone calls for credit release or credit hold * Monitor all trade receivables and collect on past due accounts * Troubleshoot problems with customer accounts, e.g. billing, cash application, service charges * Research and start the process on payment deductions * Prepare and process needed adjustments * Review all error reports (PIR's) or credit memos * Monitor all accounts on special programs with SBF * Monitor and process in-house jobs for proper accounting classification * Liaison with attorney or collection agency * Prepare credit profiles for potential new accounts * Prepare daily sales reports * Attend and report at monthly...
