The Washington Center is seeking an adjunct faculty member for a specialized course on U.S.-China bilateral trade. The instructor needs to have academic depth and experience to address the needs of the course that include history, trade, business, economics, culture, politics, and contemporary issues. The instructor will be responsible for teaching 20 U.S. and Chinese university students about the U.S.-China bilateral agenda one evening a week for three hours. The instructor should hold a Ph.D. or equivalent terminal degree, have experience teaching international students at the undergraduate level, and center his or her course instruction upon experiential pedagogical approaches to ensure maximum student engagement.
