  Examine the working plans of proposed building & other structures for their compliance w/ City zoning ordinance; enforce zoning regulations; make interpretations & decisions in applying provisions to individual situations; perform zoning analyses. Requires Bachelor?s degree in Urban Planning or similar field; 2+ yrs zoning enforcement exp; &/or 4 yrs working in public sector w/ land use policy, theory & analysis as applicable to developing zoning regulations; or any equiv education, training, exp.
