Escalation EngineerACI Group - Washington, DCImmediate contract opportunity to support our client on a Department of Justice contract in Washington, DC. The Escalation Engineer will be responsible for all 3rd tier escalations from Operations via Remedy ticketing system. The engineer will monitor the queue and coordinate implementation of resolutions with the operations staff. The candidate will configure equipment and software to meet client business and operational requirements, train operations team members on the solutions, and document the solutions for ongoing support. The Escalation Engineer will also lead level 2 and 3 tasks which require 80 hours or less of engineering work. The engineer may function as part of an implementation team on larger projects.
