  Rockwell Collins is looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to lead quality initiatives and visibly drive process improvements for the Displays Integrated Product Team (IPT) along with the associated products. Ensuring compliance to ISO 9 1/AS91 quality systems and FAA regulations. The individual will be responsible to drive root cause, preventative & corrective actions for workmanship defects and scrap using lean six sigma tools such as cause & effect diagrams, IPOVA #8217;s, PFMEA #8217;s, etc. Timely resolution of non-conforming product issues including internal and external corrective action management and responses to customer inquiries and complaints are also primary responsibilities. The review and approval of changes to engineering drawings and requests for waiver will also be required...
