This position will be responsible for performing organic synthesis using traditional and solid phase techniques where applicable. The qualified candidate will have at least 2 plus years experience working in an organic or medicinal chemistry lab. This person will be skilled at the following: -performing common laboratory reactions -handling air and moisture sensitive materials -Analytical Characterization (NMR, HPLC, MASS Spec) -Flash Chromatography -Preparative HPLC (preferred but not required) The ideal candidate will require little guidance in carrying out chemical reactions and purifying products and will have a BS or MS in a related field of study.
