  Job Summary: The Corporate Director, Communications partners closely with Marketing Communication Managers in North America, Europe and Asia to align marketing and communication strategies to reach new markets, and to deliver on growth, sales and profitability targets for the Company?s core businesses. This high-visibility role interacts with the President to draft internal and external communications, including speeches, and needs to be adept at developing and refining broad ideas into specific, targeted messages. In addition to developing, executing and managing marcom, marketing writing, and creative services programs, this position plays a lead role in crafting employee communications that drive culture and support change management initiatives.
