  RESPONSIBILITIES: Demonstrates good customer service skills while initiating outbound calls and receiving inbound calls from customers. Negotiates account resolution and accurately inputs and documents actions within the collection systems while maintaining company performance and productivity standards. Escalates calls to the RCC Management Team as needed.May be required to initiate external contact with customers or perform basic skip tracing.Other duties as assigned Adheres to Wachovia Dealer Services policy and procedures.Provides good customer service to internal and external customers.Focuses on problem resolution with delinquent customers utilizing available tools. Assists customers with deferments or due date changes, when appropriate, and reduces delinquency and losses to Company goals...
