Perform Aggressive Hospitality, greeting every guest with a warm welcome and bidding every guest a fond Farwell.
* Stand on post as designated by a Bell/Door Captain.
* Valet park cars and perform luggage assistance to all guest following the Five Diamond and Sheraton Standards.
* Recognize Starwood Preferred Guest Members
* Transport guests, delivering packages and faxes, maintain cleanliness of work area, clean bell carts/golf carts/resort vehicles, shine shoes, open front doors, give directions to local area/attractions as well as directions within the resort following the 10/5 rule- walking the guests to the desired location whenever possible.
