Senior PastorCalvary Bible Church - Lapeer, MI1 The primary responsibility of the Senior Pastor is the equipping of the saints for the work of the ministry to edify the body of Christ (Ephesians 4:12). Ministry work conducted with the pastoral staff team to edify the body and to develop local ministry strategies will be conducted in conjunction with the Executive Committee. He will oversee the professional development of each pastoral staff member.
