  We are a college textbook publisher looking for someone in the US to supplement our Help Desk staff. The freelancer will provide support to college professors. The role involves providing support for an online course management system and the online homework material used in college classes. Support is provided over the phone and via a Web-based Help Desk system. Online, real-time support through live chat may also be required during business hours based on Eastern Standard Time. It is essential to have excellent problem solving skills, clear oral and written communication ability, and general technical facility. We will provide technology specific training.
