Manager, Logistics - IVRS ManagementBiogen Idec - Cambridge, MAManages all aspects of Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS) vendor management, including vendor selection through review of competitive bids and potential vendor audits. Work with the Clinical Operations team to assist with the translation of clinical trial requirements into IVRS specifications. Support the authoring, review and final approval of IVRS specifications for all Biogen Idec studies managed by the Global Clinical Operations group (GCO) across Therapeutic Areas (primarily Phase 2-3) and resolution of issues/follow up through study life cycle.
