Position Summary The senior analyst will support the Director of Commercial Real Estate in completing day-to-day asset management responsibilities for existing REO investments and evaluating acquisition opportunities. Duties include budgeting, cash management, building presentations, extensive cash flow modeling, market research and other related tasks. Responsibilities Near-term : Assist in the underwriting of new investment opportunities.
