Teen Parent WorkerFamily & Children Services - Kalamazoo, MIFull-time position (Flexible 40 hours per week which may include evening hours). Provides direct in-home services to pregnant and parenting teens referred by workers from the Department of Human Services and other community organizations. Services are directed at supporting completion of education and employment, ensuring that medical needs of the teen and children are met, teaching parenting skills and developing skills to eventually independently parent their children. Minimum qualifications: Bacheloras Degree in Social Work or a related Human Service field is required. A Masteras Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling is preferred. Minimum two (2) years relevant experience with teens and experience assisting families with parenting skills preferred.
