  Responsibilities: Responsible for preparing and implementing marketing plans for communities in cooperation with the Sales & Marketing Manager and Division President. Work closely with agency partners ensuring strong delivery and effectiveness all marketing initiatives. Develop and maintain marketing tools (brochures, flyers, presentations, demos, etc.), maintaining website, master form and collateral material files and assist with budget preparation and monitoring marketing expenses. Coordinate "start-up" of new communities including interior and exterior signage, sales displays and community site plan. Prepare and coordinate the planning and execution of special events and promotions. Handle special projects as needed. Requirements: A Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing required, home...
