Large Healthcare System in Northeast Wisconsin is in need of a contract Hospitalist starting in Summer 2009. Total beds in this facility is 150 and the Hospitalist team consists of 5 providers. There are 2 hospitalists on during the day and there is 1 nocturnist working in the evening. For the day shift, onehospitalist handles admissions while the other one handles consultations. Generally, there are about 2-5 admits during the day shifts and 1-5 consultations. These responsibilities are usually spread evenly between the two providers depending on who is available and caught up with daily responsibilities.
