Temporary Corporate Attorney - In House - Northern NJJuristaff - New York, NYProject attorney for a corporation in it's headquarters in Northern NJ, approximately 50 - 60 miles outside of Manhattan. Seeking candidates to assist with general corporate work and possibly acquisition related projects. The ideal candidates are required to be licensed attorneys with exceptional academic and employment credentials and at least five solid years experience gained with a firm or in house. Preferred experience includes: preparing general corporate agreements, M&A documents, 10-K and 10-Q filings, as well as, preparing stock and asset purchase agreements, financial disclosure statements, private placements documents, exchange offers and handling corporate governance issues.
