Guide Manager
As guide manager for our Class III operation, you will work closely with the Management Team and guide staff to supervise day-to-day operations of this diverse adventure company. You will recruit, interview, train and schedule staff for specific trips including class III rafting, biking, ropes/challenge courses, climbing and kayaking; oversee maintenance and upkeep of all gear/equipment, vehicles and boathouse; provide and model excellent customer service as liaison between reservation office, drivers, guide staff and our guests; oversee implementation of risk management policies for trips and daily operation; provide training and modeling to guides of appropriate guiding, Leave No Trace and river stewardship principles. You will also assist retail and reservations staff in retail store.
